What you’ll do
- Manage the digital platforms and content for the Community Engagement Team.
- Help develop the council’s digital engagement approach and increase engagement.
- Raise awareness and engage communities, with a focus on community need and improving services.
- Support engagement with tenants, leaseholders and residents of the city.
- Capture community insights to shape the ongoing focus.
- Create community content and support communications that reach communities.
