Digital Engineer - SES Manufacturing
We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Engineer to join SES Engineering Services within our SES Manufacturing team, based at our Coventry production facility. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advancing digital engineering and off-site manufacturing capabilities, supporting the delivery of innovative, efficient and high-quality solutions across major construction projects.

About The Role
Our Digital Engineers are a valuable part of our business. The focus of this role is to develop, coordinate and deliver high-quality digital engineering information to support off-site manufacturing, project delivery and digital construction excellence. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, consultants and supply chain partners to ensure digital standards are achieved across multiple projects.
As our Digital Engineer, you will:
- Produce and coordinate drawings and models for off-site manufacturing using tools including Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication and Navisworks.
- Support the delivery of projects in line with ISO 19650, BG6 and SES Information Management standards.
- Review project specifications, employer requirements and technical guidance to ensure compliant digital delivery.
- Integrate and coordinate manufacturing frame designs with building services and architectural models.
- Collaborate with wider Digital Construction and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Produce project digital performance reports and support strategic digital engineering initiatives.
- Work alongside production teams to support lean manufacturing principles and efficient delivery methods.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to trainees, apprentices and project team members where required.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an individual with a passion for digital engineering and modern methods of construction who can combine technical expertise with strong collaboration skills.
You'll ideally have:
- A Building Services Engineering, Digital Engineering or related Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Good knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Digital Engineering principles.
- Experience working with Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Fabrication and other BIM technologies.
- Understanding of information management standards such as ISO 19650.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- An interest in off-site manufacturing, lean processes and digital construction innovation.
