Mission / Role Summary
Develop and implement agentic solutions within the Digital Engineer platform using AI-assisted coding techniques, workflow orchestration, and platform-native components.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure agents, workflows, and integrations
- Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development
- Implement agent logic, prompts, and decision flows
- Integrate with enterprise systems (ITSM, APIs, data sources)
- Test and validate agent behavior and outputs
- Collaborate with architects and service designers on implementation
- Contribute to reusable components and templates
Required Skills
- Strong software development skills (Python, APIs, scripting)
- Experience with automation and workflow platforms
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent patterns
- Understanding of integration patterns and enterprise systems

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with tools like n8n, LangGraph, or similar
- Knowledge of AI observability and testing frameworks
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Experience in ITSM automation or managed services
Experience Profile
- 3–8 years in software development or automation engineering
- Experience with modern development tools and cloud-native environments
Candidate Persona
A builder who is comfortable leveraging AI to accelerate development. Curious, adaptable, and focused on delivering working solutions rather than theoretical designs.
Essential Criteria – SC Eligibility
To be eligible for SC clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years.
