The Role
As Technical Lead, you'll provide technical leadership across a portfolio of digital manufacturing projects.
You'll shape solution architecture, guide multidisciplinary teams and work directly with customers to develop innovative manufacturing solutions from concept through to implementation.
Alongside project delivery, you'll mentor colleagues, contribute to business development and help grow HSSMI's digital capability.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical delivery of Digital Manufacturing projects
- Design Digital Twin and manufacturing simulation solutions
- Develop AI and data-driven manufacturing applications
- Work directly with customers to solve manufacturing challenges
- Lead workshops, technical reviews and customer engagement
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Support proposals and help develop new business opportunities
- Keep HSSMI at the forefront of emerging digital manufacturing technologies

You'll also bring strong technical leadership, excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges.
Experience across every technology isn't essential; we're looking for someone with a solid technical foundation, curiosity and a desire to innovate.
