Why join us?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and evolving digital marketing team at a pivotal time, supporting business-as-usual activity while contributing to a major website transformation programme. You’ll play a key role in delivering impactful, digital-first campaigns, gaining exposure across global marketing teams and building valuable experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

This is an initial 12 month FTC within the team and will be based in the Manchester office.

Responsibilities

As Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery of BAU digital marketing activity with a considerable focus on brand consistency, campaign performance and engagement. You will create and review branded e-communications supporting global campaigns, events and client communications, while also producing industry-focused social media content using approved templates across multiple channels. In addition, you will contribute to the success of campaigns by identifying opportunities to enhance reach and effectiveness.

Alongside campaign delivery, you will play an important role in maintaining digital content standards and governance. This includes uploading and managing website content in line with established processes, supporting multi-channel campaigns across global marketing teams, and acting as a reviewer to ensure all marketing outputs align with brand and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Digital, CRM, Brand and Business Development functions, helping to ensure digital activity is joined-up, consistent and aligned to DWF’s strategic priorities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
