Digital Experience & AI Transformation Manager

A global financial services leader is seeking a Digital Experience & AI Transformation Manager to join their EMEA Operations DX & AI Transformation Office in London. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence through digitalisation, automation, and AI solutions.

Job Details

  • Location: London City Office
  • Schedule: 3 days a week
  • Compensation: Competitive VP salary and compensation package

Your Role

  • Lead a team delivering Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven solutions using platforms like Tungsten Automation, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and GenAI tools.
  • Oversee solution development, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Drive business process reengineering efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across EMEA Operations and communicate programme updates effectively.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure innovative approaches to transformation.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience leading digital transformation projects in financial services or consultancy environments.
  • Expertise in intelligent automation platforms (e.g., Tungsten Automation/KTA/RPA/PEGA) and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of corporate banking operating models and change management principles.
  • Empathetic leadership style with a track record of developing talent within diverse teams.
