Shape the Future of Digital Working

Technology is transforming the way professional services firms collaborate, share knowledge and deliver value to clients. We are looking for a Digital Workplace & Gen AI Product Owner to help drive the next phase of that journey.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of our Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem and help define how Generative AI technologies are adopted across the business. Working at the intersection of technology, user experience and innovation, you will ensure colleagues can collaborate effectively, access knowledge seamlessly and leverage emerging AI capabilities in a secure, governed and practical way.

You'll play a key role in translating rapidly evolving Microsoft and AI technologies into meaningful business outcomes, partnering with stakeholders across legal teams, business services and technology functions to maximise adoption, productivity and value.

Why Join Us?

This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of digital work within a leading professional services environment.

You'll have the autonomy to shape product strategy, drive innovation and champion the adoption of next-generation workplace technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and other AI-powered productivity tools. The role offers significant visibility across the business and the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity tools, ensuring alignment with business strategy and user needs.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of digital workplace capabilities across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and the wider Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve productivity, collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Evaluate emerging Microsoft and AI capabilities, making recommendations on adoption, governance and business value.
  • Develop and maintain product backlogs, prioritising enhancements, adoption initiatives and governance improvements.
  • Define and implement effective collaboration standards, information architecture and workspace governance frameworks.
  • Partner with technology, compliance, security and business stakeholders to ensure solutions balance innovation with appropriate risk management.
  • Work closely with change, training and communications teams to drive adoption and user engagement.
  • Establish success metrics and monitor product performance, adoption levels, productivity gains and return on investment.
  • Produce reporting, recommendations and business cases for technology leadership and governance forums.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders seeking to improve business processes through Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
