The Digital Experience, Associate supports the day-to-day management of client digital programs and internal project coordination. This role is a foundational position designed to develop core skills in client service, digital strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration within RKD's integrated service model.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Support
- Support the account team in serving client needs and ensuring a positive client experience
- Assist in preparing client-facing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Participate in and help document notes from client meetings and calls
- Monitor client satisfaction and flag issues or opportunities to the account lead

Project Coordination
- Coordinate the fulfillment of digital projects across RKD internal teams including creative, data, technology, media delivery, organic social, SEO, marketing science, and direct mail
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones in partnership with Pod Managers
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates
Digital Program Support
- Support the execution and monitoring of digital programs including email, digital media (paid search, paid social, programmatic), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and texting
- Pull and compile performance data from platforms and internal reporting tools
- Assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities in program performance
Strategy & Reporting
- Assist in the development of strategy documents, budget trackers, and projection models under the direction of senior team members
- Learn to analyze reports and contribute observations and recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, account coordination, or a related discipline – could include internships
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, paid media, social) preferred
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, client-service environment

Pay Range expected for the position: $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
(The position level and compensation for this role will be determined based on the market location, experience, job skills, and qualifications of the candidate.)
