Join us as a Digital Experience Manager

Shape and deliver future-ready digital experiences by developing platform capabilities that improve discoverability, accessibility, personalisation and agentic customer interactions. Help design the bank of the future, delivering greater customer value through seamless experiences across various channels, propositions, products and services. You’ll work at the intersection of customer experience, AI and platform innovation, and help define how customers engage with the bank in an increasingly agent-enabled world. We're offering this role on an eight month fixed term contract.

What you'll do

As a Digital Experience Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of our digital experiences, capabilities and releases that create simple, seamless and engaging customer journeys. Working in an Agile environment, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities to enhance existing experiences, introduce new capabilities and deliver measurable improvements for customers.

You’ll also be:

  • Identifying and delivering opportunities to improve digital experiences through AI readiness, technical optimisation, search visibility and accessibility enhancements
  • Defining and prioritising a roadmap of platform, discoverability, accessibility and agentic capabilities that support future digital experiences
  • Monitoring competitor activity, market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and respond to changing customer expectations.
  • Aligning roadmaps, priorities and dependencies across teams, ensuring platform investments deliver measurable customer and business value
  • Designing and delivering research activities that capture customer feedback, helping identify needs, resolve pain points and improve experiences
  • Championing technical excellence and platform integrity through improved governance, content structures and reusable capabilities that support scalable growth

To thrive in this role, you'll be passionate about creating customer-centred experiences and have a proven track record of leading complex digital change across products, journeys and platforms. You'll combine strategic thinking with strong delivery discipline, balancing customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations to achieve measurable outcomes.

You'll be comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing stakeholders and building alignment across multidisciplinary teams. We'll also look to you to translate emerging technologies and digital opportunities into practical, customer-focused solutions that create lasting value.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • A proven ability to lead complex initiatives from discovery through to implementation, managing dependencies, risks and competing priorities across multiple teams
  • Experience working with generative AI, conversational interfaces and AI-ready content, including the principles that support effective agent-mediated interactions
  • Strong expertise in digital customer journeys, platform optimisation, Adobe Experience Manager, analytics and performance measurement
  • The ability to interpret technical performance metrics, including site speed, Core Web Vitals, tagging, content structure and post-release performance monitoring
  • A strong understanding of digital accessibility, technical SEO, and structured content, and their role in both traditional and AI-powered discoverability
