About The Role

At Domino’s, your skills, ideas and judgement really matter. As our Digital Experience Manager, you’ll shape and improve the customer journey across our app, website and Dom Central-powered systems.

From discovering the right deal to completing checkout, you’ll help make every interaction intuitive, consistent and high-performing. You’ll use customer insight, digital data and experimentation to identify what could work better, then bring Product, UX, Marketing, CRM, Operations and Technology teams together to deliver the change.

Based in Manchester, you’ll also manage and develop one direct report, giving them the clarity, coaching and support they need to do great work.

What You’ll Bring

You understand how customers behave online and what makes an end-to-end ecommerce journey work. You’re comfortable moving between customer insight, commercial priorities and delivery, turning complex findings into clear recommendations that people can act on.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience improving digital customer journeys across websites, apps or other ecommerce platforms.
  • A good understanding of ecommerce trading, including conversion, promotions, merchandising and onsite content.
  • Practical knowledge of UX, conversion rate optimisation and test-and-learn approaches.
  • The ability to interpret analytics, customer feedback and journey data to identify friction and prioritise improvements.
  • Clear communication skills, with the confidence to influence Product, UX, Technology, Marketing, CRM and Operations teams.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, particularly when managing campaigns, content, quality assurance and competing priorities.
  • The ability to manage and develop a direct report through clear direction, coaching and constructive feedback.

A degree or professional qualification is not essential for this position.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll connect insight with action. That means understanding where customers encounter friction, working with the right teams to improve the experience and measuring whether the changes have delivered the intended result.

You’ll:

  • Optimise the digital customer journey: Use customer behaviour, feedback and performance data to improve journeys across app and web, from onboarding and menu exploration through to checkout and post-purchase interactions.
  • Turn insight into better experiences: Work with Product, UX, Research, Data and Technology teams on experimentation, CRO and UX priorities, making sure customer discovery and testing inform delivery.
  • Strengthen execution and performance: Oversee onsite campaigns, content and promotional activity; maintain accurate product information; track digital and customer-journey KPIs; and improve processes that prevent broken journeys or recurring errors.

You’ll also contribute to the wider digital experience strategy, provide clear recommendations to senior stakeholders and help align teams around the improvements that matter most to customers and the business.

  • Opportunities to broaden your strategic exposure by working across Product, UX, Data, Marketing, CRM, Operations and Technology.
  • Support to grow as a people manager, helping you give clear direction, develop talent and create consistently high standards.
  • Recognition for great work, from everyday appreciation to wider moments such as our Domi Awards.
