A leading travel company is seeking an experienced Digital Experience & Optimisation Manager to lead UX, CRO and digital performance across its websites and platforms.
This is a strategic role with responsibility for improving customer journeys, conversion, engagement, lead generation and data growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the digital experience and optimisation strategy.
- Lead UX/UI, CRO, testing and website optimisation.
- Develop data-driven customer journeys and personalised experiences.
- Manage and optimise marketing automation, ideally InsiderOne / Architect.
- Use GA4, analytics and customer data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
- Work with marketing, technology, design and development teams.
- Report on digital performance and make commercially focused recommendations.

- Strong experience in digital experience, UX/UI and CRO.
- Excellent understanding of customer journeys, personalisation and marketing automation.
- Analytical, commercially minded and results-driven.
- Strong stakeholder skills.
- Passionate about digital innovation and continuous improvement.
