Job Overview
Arm is looking for a Digital Experience Strategist to join our Marketing AI Experiences team, helping shape how customers and developers discover, understand, and build with Arm technology across our digital estate.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end digital experience for Physical AI, acting as the primary digital partner for stakeholders across automotive, robotics, product, software, and developer teams.
- Translate Physical AI product, software, and developer priorities into a clear digital roadmap, including major product and developer launches.
- Map and improve cross-site journeys across
- Define digital requirements and develop or coordinate content that connects the needs of business decision-makers, developers, and other technical audiences.
- Own the Arm Developer Program digital experience, including the personalized Dashboard UX, feature strategy, and roadmap, personalization, and overall performance.
- Partner closely with Developer Marketing to translate the wider ADP strategy into effective digital experiences.
- Act as Digital Lead for Arm Create, owning the digital plan, roadmap, milestones, stakeholder coordination, and pre-, live-, and post-event journeys.
- Own key digital activation surfaces, including homepage heroes, highlights, Trending Tech News, and event pages, ensuring they are planned and managed effectively.
- Use data to understand performance, find opportunities, and drive continuous improvement and experimentation across your areas.
- Maintain clear priorities, plans, and dependencies in the team roadmap and Asana.
- Use AI, agents, and automation to improve both our digital experiences and how efficiently we plan and deliver work.

Required Skills And Experience
- Experience in digital strategy, digital product management, web experience, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience owning digital journeys or products from planning through delivery and optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across complex, cross-functional organizations.
- Strong understanding of UX, customer journeys, and digital content.
- Experience using data and analytics to inform decisions and improvements.
- Experience managing roadmaps, priorities, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex or technical subjects.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and working with technical audiences.
- Experience supporting major product launches or technology events.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and output.
“Nice To Have” Skills And Experience
- Experience working with developers or technical audiences.
- Experience in AI, automotive, robotics, or embedded technologies.
- Experience managing a member’s program/experience and an online account experience.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, SEO/AEO, metadata, or personalization.

Salary Range
£70,200 - £95,000 per year
