Accelerate your career in a dynamic and innovative digital marketing agency that’s redefining how organisations connect with stakeholders and deliver value.

Join Accenture Song

Accenture Song is a fast-growing division dedicated to crafting transformative digital experiences at scale. As part of the Design and Digital Products team, you’ll support a portfolio of clients and help leading organisations thrive by combining creativity, data-driven insights, and cutting-edge technology.

Grow alongside our global network of talent and help drive impactful change for some of the world’s most mission-driven institutions.

Do you want to help leading organisations transform how they engage with their customers, creating world-class digital products and experiences that bring together experience, technology, data and AI?

We are looking for people who are passionate about making digital experiences better. Who are curious about what is changing in the world around them and understand that great experiences require more than great design — they require the right product strategy, technology, data, operating model and teams behind them.

Our Experience Transformation Managers work at the intersection of experience strategy, digital product management and transformation. You will help our clients understand how changing customer expectations, emerging technologies and AI are reshaping their digital landscape — and translate those opportunities into clear strategies, products, roadmaps and transformation programmes.

We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative and client-centric environment where curiosity and continuous learning are essential. You will be encouraged to challenge established thinking, explore emerging trends and technologies, and bring new perspectives to our clients and teams.

You will be equally comfortable defining the vision for a digital experience, shaping a product roadmap, engaging senior stakeholders and working alongside multidisciplinary teams to turn strategy into tangible outcomes.

You’ll be passionate about the future of digital experiences and wants to make a measurable difference to the organisations and customers we serve.

As an Experience Transformation Manager, you will:

  • Shape experience transformation strategies and visions that connect customer needs, business objectives and digital opportunities, translating ambition into propositions, roadmaps and prioritised initiatives.
  • Advise clients on emerging digital opportunities, bringing perspectives on changing customer behaviours, AI, emerging technologies and new interaction models.
  • Lead product and experience transformation programmes from discovery and strategy through mobilisation, delivery and continuous optimisation.
  • Embed a product-led approach, helping clients move from project-based delivery towards continuous, outcome-focused product management.
  • Prioritise opportunities and define delivery plans, balancing customer desirability, business value, technical feasibility and organisational readiness across realistic roadmaps and operating models.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams at scale, aligning product, strategy, design, engineering, data, AI and business stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior clients, facilitating conversations, constructively challenging thinking and helping leaders navigate complex transformation decisions.
  • Champion customer-centric decision-making, ensuring customer needs and insights guide product, experience, data and technology choices.
  • Measure and articulate impact, demonstrating the customer, commercial and operational value created through experience transformation.
  • Grow the Experience Transformation capability by contributing to propositions, thought leadership, client opportunities, methods and reusable assets.
  • Develop and mentor our people, creating an environment where multidisciplinary teams collaborate effectively, learn and perform at their best.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
