A career without limits

As the nation’s flag carrier, we take great pride in connecting Britain with the world and the world with Britain.

It’s something we’ve been doing for over 100 years, ever since we launched the world’s first international scheduled air service between London and Paris.

This originality has been in our blood since day one. It’s the spirit we share with the people that fly with us, our partners, and our colleagues.

So, whether you are a reassuring voice on the end of a phone, a smile at the door, under a wing keeping the turbines spinning or landing us gently in far-flung places, a job at British Airways is yours to make.

We know great things can happen when you’re inspired to think big and bring your ambition to work every day, which is why, at British Airways the sky is never the limit.

The role: Digital Experimentation Lead – 12m FTC

You'll join our Experimentation team as a Lead, helping British Airways build digital products through evidence rather than assumption. Leading a team of up to two, you'll own our experimentation programme across ba.com and our app, setting the standard for how tests are delivered and ensuring every change can be linked to its impact on customers and commercial performance. As business owner of our experimentation platform, you'll get the most from our tools, support our migration to new technology and bring testing to our app for the first time. Working across product, technology and agency partners, you'll champion experimentation throughout Digital, directly driving incremental revenue and a better experience for millions of customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Products with their strategy for validating new features and ensuring that we’re able to gain insights about whether changes are meeting customer needs and commercial goals
  • Collaborate with Product Owners on a backlog of experiments that meet their goals, ensuring tests are executed efficiently with reliable data, analysed thoroughly to a high degree of statistical rigour and insights are documented/shared across the wider teams so that our learnings are actionable
  • Work with agency partners, content teams and internal developers to build and run experiments
  • Build communities of practice around experiment build, experiment strategy and experiment analysis
  • Support Principal Product Managers and Product Leads in ensuring that any product-led growth in key business cased metrics can be attributed back to the change
  • Manage that experiments run across our digital channels are effectively run as the programme owner, and ensure that they aren’t causing any operational integrity issues
  • Collaborate with Digital Tools Specialists and Adobe as the primary business owner of Adobe Target to maintain the tool and get the maximum amount of value from its capabilities
  • Building a culture of curiosity and experimentation among the digital teams and with our immediate stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
