We are seeking a dynamic individual to take the helm of our digital experimentation initiatives, driving significant business growth and optimizing every touchpoint of the user journey. In this pivotal role, you will not just run tests; you will define our testing philosophy, unlock profound insights, and translate complex data into tangible improvements that resonate across our global user base.
What You Will Do
- Optimize Web-Based User Experiences: Utilize comprehensive testing and data-driven methodologies to enhance user experiences.
- Shape Testing Strategy: Leverage expertise in A/B testing platforms, conversion rate optimization, user feedback programs, and heatmapping analytics to drive continuous performance improvements.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with web development and cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze testing programs.
- Own Testing Platform Strategy: Establish best practices, translate performance data into actionable insights, and ensure competitive testing.
- Manage A/B Testing Platform: Set up, configure, and maintain Adobe Target, including governance and access controls.
- Design Testing Hypotheses: Identify high-impact opportunities using site analytics, user behavior data, and feedback.
- Execute and Monitor Tests: Ensure rigorous methodology, consistent data flow, and clear success metrics.
- Report and Communicate Findings: Present A/B testing performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Set Up Tracking Mechanisms: Work with technical teams to understand user experience context and isolate variables.
- Establish Governance and Documentation: Create institutional knowledge and prevent hypothesis duplication.
- Monitor Data Integrity: Ensure reliable experiment results before informing business decisions.
- Manage User Feedback Platforms: Gather qualitative insights on user behaviors, motivations, and pain points.
- Design User Research Studies: Inform hypothesis generation, validate testing assumptions, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Synthesize User Feedback: Combine qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize tests.
- Establish Feedback Program Roadmap: Align with business priorities and testing program velocity.
- Maintain Documentation: Improve user research documentation for reference across optimization initiatives.
- Co-Own Heatmapping and Session Recording Platforms: Ensure consistent data flow and develop clear narratives for stakeholder presentations.
- Map User Journeys: Develop a comprehensive understanding of user pathways, pain points, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Establish seamless data flow from testing platforms to analytics, data warehouse, and reporting systems.
- Optimize Tracking and Event Taxonomy: Ensure test data is captured, attributed, and reportable across all platforms.
- Troubleshoot Analytics Discrepancies: Partner with relevant teams to resolve data integrity issues.
- Communicate Progress and Results: Share testing program updates, results, and learnings with stakeholders.
- Support Senior Management: Provide analysis, validation, and prioritization recommendations for testing portfolios.
- Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Ensure testing requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Target and managing platform technical setup, configuration, and documentation.
- Advanced knowledge of UX data tools including heatmaps, session recording, and journey mapping platforms (HotJar, Quantum Metric, Amplitude, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience with user feedback and testing platforms (Lyssna, UserTesting, Maze, or similar) and ability to design and manage user research programs.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills with the ability to design sound hypotheses, interpret statistical significance, and communicate performance metrics.
- Familiarity with JS/jQuery or CSS for advanced testing processes.
- User-centric mindset with a deep understanding of B2B user behavior and decision-making pathways across the entire user lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and web analytics best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Stellar attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Experience working collaboratively with global teams in different time zones.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with personalization, segmentation, and advanced targeting capabilities.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, CRO, experimentation methodologies, or related fields.
- Experience with statistical analysis, sample size calculation, and multi-variant testing methodologies.
- Experience with agile methodologies and comfort in rapidly evolving, cross-functional team environments.
- Proven experience building and scaling testing programs from early stage to mature, high-velocity operations.
- Understanding of compliance and ethical standards in digital marketing and user research (GDPR, CCPA, informed consent, etc.).
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with CRO, experimentation, and user research industry trends.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus!
