We are seeking a dynamic individual to take the helm of our digital experimentation initiatives, driving significant business growth and optimizing every touchpoint of the user journey. In this pivotal role, you will not just run tests; you will define our testing philosophy, unlock profound insights, and translate complex data into tangible improvements that resonate across our global user base.
What You Will Do
- Be instrumental in optimizing web-based user experiences through comprehensive testing and data-driven methodologies.
- Your expertise in A/B testing platforms, conversion rate optimization, user feedback programs, and heatmapping analytics will shape our testing strategy and drive continuous performance improvements.
- Partner with web development and cross-functional stakeholders to design, execute, and analyze testing programs that deliver measurable business impact.
- Own the testing platform strategy, establish best practices, and translate complex, multi-platform performance data into actionable insights, ensuring we leverage best-in-class testing to remain competitive.
Responsibilities
- Own the A/B testing platform (Adobe Target) technical set-up, configuration, and documentation library; establish and maintain platform governance and access controls.
- Design testing experiment hypotheses in collaboration with team members and stakeholders, leveraging site analytics, user behavior data, and user feedback to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Execute and monitor A/B and multi-variant tests to ensure rigorous methodology (Bayesian, Multi-Armed Bandits, etc.), consistent data flow, and clear understanding of success metrics.
- Report on A/B testing performance (velocity, lift, statistical significance, business impact) and communicate findings to stakeholders at appropriate levels of detail.
- Collaborate with technical teams and developers to set up in-depth tracking mechanisms for tests to understand the full context of user experience and isolate variables affecting performance.
- Establish cadence and governance for test documentation, version control, and post-test archival to create institutional knowledge and prevent hypothesis duplication.
- Monitor test configuration and data integrity/validity to ensure reliable experiment results prior to informing business decisions.
- Own and manage user feedback and research testing platform(s) (Lyssna, UserTesting, etc.) to gather qualitative insights on user behaviors, motivations, and pain points.
- Design and execute user research studies and feedback programs that inform hypothesis generation, validate testing assumptions, and identify new optimization opportunities.
- Synthesize user feedback with quantitative testing data to triangulate findings and prioritize tests with the highest potential impact.
- Establish a net-new feedback program roadmap aligned with business priorities and testing program velocity.
- Maintain and improve user research documentation and insights library for reference across optimization initiatives.
- Co-own the heatmapping and session recording platform (HotJar, Quantum Metric, Amplitude) to ensure consistent data flow that aligns with analytics and other site data sources.
- Map user journeys for live sites and test experiences to develop a comprehensive understanding of user pathways, pain points, and opportunities in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Synthesize heatmap, session recording, and behavioral data into clear narratives for stakeholder presentations; translate findings into testable hypotheses.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to establish seamless data flow from testing platform to analytics, data warehouse, and reporting systems.
- Optimize in-depth tracking and event taxonomy for A/B tests in partnership with relevant stakeholders and/or agency partners to ensure test data is captured, attributed, and reportable across all downstream analytics platforms.
- Troubleshoot testing-related analytics discrepancies and data integrity issues in partnership with Marketing Operations, Development Teams, Web Teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate testing program progress, results, and learnings to stakeholders across the organization in clear, accessible formats on a consistent cadence.
- Support leadership with testing portfolio analysis, testing opportunity validation, and prioritization recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (development, content, product) to ensure testing requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
