The Role: (2 Days In Office)
As Experimentation Lead, you'll drive a genuine test-and-learn culture across New Look. That means embedding experimentation best practice where it's still new and growing maturity where it already exists. You'll be central to our re-platform and website launches, making sure new features are rolled out and measured properly, tests are coordinated across teams rather than run in silos, and we're learning the right things from everything we build. You'll manage our third-party testing partners, work closely with our teams to scale what's working, and build wider buy-in for experimentation across the business. Ultimately, you'll help us build a real picture of what matters to New Look customers, so we keep focusing our effort in the right places.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
