Are you looking to kick start your career as a digital finance apprentice?
Intelligent Pensions are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team as a finance apprentice working across a range of different areas in the business. You will be:
- Working to become a system expert on Inteliflow, using this to maintain client records and ensuring data is always accurate and up to date
- Acting as a first point of contact and responding to / escalating client queries
- Implementing investment transactions on various systems such as Nucleus
- Wide use of Microsoft Office Package to complete various daily tasks
- Preparing for annual review meetings – Dynamic Planner links, helping to create presentations and supporting documents
- Distributing e-mails to various team members on Outlook
- Handling ad-hoc client requests such as POA filing, expression of wish and change of addresses/contact details updating this information on Inteliflow
- Liaising with various providers

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
