About the organisation

Our client is an independent regulatory body in the UK responsible for ensuring the financial markets work well for the consumers and the economy, promoting market integrity and effective competition.

About the team

The Digital Forensic Unit (DFU) requires support for their Quality Management Team to build and establish a Quality Management System (QMS). You will play a central role in ensuring the FCA meets regulatory, accreditation, and internal quality requirements. You will lead and deliver a risk-based audit programme, manage non-conformance work through to effective closure, and help build and maintain a robust QMS.

About the role

This role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and successful accreditation of a new case and quality management system. The position promotes and embeds quality standards across the organisation, ensuring consistent and compliant operational delivery. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive policies, procedures, training materials and work instructions to support best practice. The role also oversees and conducts internal audits and assurance activities to evaluate performance, drive continuous improvement and maintain regulatory alignment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
