Key Notes
Estate data strategy, governance and system-management experience are required for a portfolio covering more than 5,500 acres. You’ll define digital standards, manage EP&A systems, lead requirements into TfL projects and improve data quality for space planning, estate optimisation and commercial decisions. The permanent Palestra role pays circa £73,000 and is hybrid; applications close 25 September 2026.
What You'll Work On
- Develop and manage the Estates Planning and Accommodation data strategy, digital framework and standards supporting portfolio planning and decisions.
- Act as system manager for EP&A platforms, overseeing design, development, service management, maintenance, security, access and third-party support.
- Lead EP&A requirements and design authority within cross-TfL systems projects, ensuring delivered solutions support estates workflows and governance.
- Implement data-quality plans, governance and analytical insight that improve space forecasting, estate optimisation, savings and commercial opportunities.

What They Are Looking For
Experience: Demonstrable data analysis, space-planning or workspace information responsibility within a complex multi-site organisation.
Technical:
- Expert use of estates databases or CAFM, plus strong SharePoint, CAD and GIS knowledge.
- Applicants need experience setting data strategy and standards, implementing governance and delivering data-quality improvements.
- Applicants need ability to evaluate complex datasets and communicate recommendations visually and in writing.
Qualification: Degree-level education or equivalent experience, ideally in data analysis, decision support, estates or property.
