About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Digital Fulfilment & Insights Advisor to support and improve digital fulfilment performance across customer fulfilment channels, including Click & Collect and delivery platforms.

Working closely with stores and central teams, you will use data and operational insight to identify issues, improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

This is a varied role combining data analysis, stakeholder management, problem solving and field-based support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support continuous improvement across digital fulfilment operations.
  • Visit stores to review processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coach and support Store and Area Managers on fulfilment best practice.
  • Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyse fulfilment, stock and customer order data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Produce reports, insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Monitor KPIs and highlight areas requiring action.
  • Carry out root cause analysis and develop sustainable solutions.
  • Support the development of dashboards, reports and performance measures.
  • Work with IT and Business Intelligence teams to improve reporting.
  • Support the testing and implementation of new systems, processes and reports.
  • Build strong relationships across stores and central teams.
  • Represent store requirements within fulfilment projects and initiatives.
  • Support wider business initiatives focused on fulfilment and customer experience.

About You

Essential:

  • Experience in retail operations, stock management, fulfilment or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and turn it into practical recommendations.
  • Organised and methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel nationally when required.

Desirable:

  • Experience of Click & Collect or digital fulfilment.
  • Knowledge of OMS, WMS, ERP or stock management systems.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Experience of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Knowledge of process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.
