Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking to hire a Director-level Digital FX Corporate Sales professional to join its London-based team. This is a front-office role focused on covering European corporate clients, driving growth in electronic FX revenues, and originating innovative digital solutions across a broad client base.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the firm's digital FX franchise, partnering closely with Trading, Product, Technology, Transaction Banking, and Corporate Banking teams to deliver best-in-class execution, hedging solutions, and treasury technology capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients across Europe.
- Drive electronic FX revenue growth and increase wallet share within an established client franchise.
- Originate and execute digital FX opportunities, including FX-as-a-Service and integrated treasury solutions.
- Identify and win new business mandates while expanding existing client relationships.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Product, and Technology to deliver innovative client solutions.
- Utilise market and client data to develop effective pricing and commercial strategies.
- Gather client feedback and contribute to the ongoing development of the firm's digital FX offering.
- Stay abreast of developments in FX markets, treasury technology, and digitalisation trends impacting corporate clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on their FX execution, digitalisation, and broader treasury strategy.

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience within FX Sales covering corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of electronic FX, digital distribution, and the evolving treasury technology landscape.
- Demonstrated track record of generating revenues, originating business, and developing long-term client relationships.
- Experience covering European corporate clients.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage with senior treasury stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and create bespoke client solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience providing FX hedging solutions to corporate clients would be particularly attractive.
- Knowledge of multi-product treasury and risk management solutions would be advantageous.
