Digital Graphic Designer | Marketing / Performance Business | Norwich
A well-established UK prize competition brand is entering an exciting period of growth following its acquisition by a major international digital lottery and entertainment group.
The business has built a strong presence in the UK, with a particular focus on performance and luxury cars, alongside cash, technology and other high-value prizes. As the brand continues to grow, they’re now looking for a commercially minded Digital Graphic Designer to join their creative and content team in Norwich.
This role would suit a designer with experience creating high-volume digital marketing and performance-focused creative — particularly for paid social, e-commerce, consumer brands or other fast-paced commercial environments. You’ll be producing creative that is designed not just to look good, but to capture attention, communicate an offer quickly and drive customer engagement and conversion.
The Role
You’ll create and adapt digital creative across the full customer journey, including:
- Paid social and digital advertising campaigns
- Promotional artwork for new prize competitions
- High-impact creative featuring cars, cash, technology and luxury products
- Product and prize thumbnails for website and competition pages
- Creative variations for different audiences, formats and campaigns
- Website, email and social media assets
- Retouching, compositing and manipulation of car, property and product photography
- Visual themes and supporting artwork for interactive games
- AI-assisted backgrounds, environments, concepts and creative variations where appropriate
- Resizing and adapting creative across multiple digital formats while maintaining brand consistency

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
