About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Growth and Optimisation Lead to take ownership of our digital acquisition and conversion strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive website optimisation, search performance and paid media.
  • Use customer insight and experimentation to find new opportunities, bring in more qualified enquiries and improve conversion.
  • Build and prioritise a roadmap across CRO, SEO and GEO, working with our content team to improve how Workspace appears in AI search.
  • Shape the strategy for the new website launching in November.
  • Grow organic and owned channels, turn strong content into paid campaigns that reach new audiences, and put AI to practical use in analysis and optimisation.
  • Lead a small team with the freedom to test ideas and build on what works.
  • Connect website, media and sales data to make clear calls on where to invest and what to improve.
  • Be comfortable drilling into analytics, challenging agency recommendations and getting stakeholders behind your plans.
