About the Role

A great opportunity for someone early in their digital career who wants broad, hands-on experience and to understand what really drives growth in an ecommerce business. Working across the Growth team, you’ll get exposure to commercial performance and measurement, search and discovery, and how we bring key campaigns and trading moments to market.

It’s a varied role. You’ll help keep the team organised and activity moving, while also owning specific projects and workstreams as your experience grows. We’re looking for someone curious, proactive and keen to learn, who will build their confidence and start bringing their own ideas and recommendations to the team.

The Responsibilities

Planning & Performance

  • Support performance reporting, budget tracking and forecasting.
  • Help us understand what’s driving performance and where we can improve.
  • Support agency management, reporting and actions.
  • Build your understanding of measurement, attribution and commercial performance.

Search & Discovery

  • Support activity across paid and organic search, SEO and emerging areas such as AI search.
  • Carry out keyword, competitor and customer research.
  • Help us understand how customers are discovering FitFlop and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Keep up with how search and customer behaviour are changing and bring new ideas into the team.

Campaigns & Activation

  • Support the planning and delivery of campaigns, launches and key commercial moments.
  • Coordinate briefs, creative assets, timings and requirements across teams and partners.
  • Support testing and optimisation across creative, audiences, messaging and landing pages.
  • Own specific projects and workstreams as your experience develops.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Be curious about digital and interested in understanding what drives growth.
  • Enjoy working with numbers and turning data into actions and insights.
