Job Description
Shape a brand-new global capability at the intersection of digital customer experience, product-led growth and commercial performance. You’ll bring strong commercial thinking and turn opportunities across digital support journeys into a practical, repeatable approach that helps regional teams grow revenue at scale.
This is a Hybrid role with three days per week in our Newcastle office.
Key Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
- Create a consistent framework for identifying and delivering digital revenue opportunities across regions.
- Partner with Customer Services, regional growth, product, operational, content and digital-experience teams.
- Identify where relevant products and propositions can add value across knowledge bases, help centres, communities, resource centres and bot journeys.
- Turn regional commercial priorities into a scalable strategy that supports activation, expansion and product-led growth.
- Influence senior stakeholders and bring multiple teams together around clear priorities and practical delivery.
- Enable regional teams to deliver against their revenue goals without personally carrying a commission-based target.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
