Digital Growth Engineer

Advanced Health Group | Full-Time | Hybrid | Chelmsford, Essex

We’re looking for a Digital Growth Engineer to help build the next stage of growth at Advanced Health Group.

This isn’t a role for someone who simply wants to manage campaigns and produce reports. We want someone who wants to build, test, experiment and see the impact of their ideas.

If a campaign isn’t working, you’ll want to know why. If you spot a new tool, trend or opportunity, you’ll want to test it. And if you have an idea nobody else has thought of, we want to hear it.

We’re looking for someone curious, commercially minded, technically confident and full of ideas.

Who Are We?

Advanced Health Group is a growing healthcare and wellbeing group bringing together a range of specialist services, all with the same goal β€” helping people feel better, move better and live healthier lives.

Our group currently includes:

  • Advanced Health – bringing together Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Movement and Labs, giving patients access to a wider range of health and wellbeing services.
  • Pelvic Strength Studio – a specialist pelvic health service combining technology, clinical support and exercise to help people improve pelvic floor strength and function.
  • Praxiis – our AI-first clinic software platform, designed to bring together the technology, systems and tools needed to run and grow a modern healthcare clinic.

We’re building more than a collection of individual clinics. Our aim is to create a connected healthcare group where great patient care is supported by technology, data, strong systems and thoughtful marketing.

We’re at an exciting stage of that journey. We’re continuing to develop our existing services, explore new opportunities and look at how technology and AI can help us deliver better experiences for both patients and our teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right β€” and where to focus when applying.

That means there’s plenty to work on, plenty to learn and plenty of opportunity for new ideas.

We’re ambitious about what we’re building β€” and we’re looking for people who are excited to be part of it.

The Role

Your job is simple: help us acquire more customers, convert more of them and grow profitably.

You’ll work across:

  • Google Ads & PPC
  • Paid acquisition and campaign optimisation
  • Analytics, attribution and data-driven decisions
  • Conversion rate optimisation, websites, landing pages and funnels
  • SEO, local search and emerging AI search
  • Meta campaigns and paid social
  • AI-assisted ad creative, images, video and copy
  • Tracking, reporting and performance analysis
  • Marketing automation and workflows
  • AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping
  • Finding new opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion

We care about revenue, conversion, acquisition costs and profitability β€” not vanity metrics.

Why β€œEngineer”?

You don’t need to be a software developer.

But you do need to be technically curious and hands-on.

We want someone who experiments with tools such as Cursor, Replit, Claude Code and Codex, and is excited by what AI can make possible.

You might build a landing page, automate a workflow, create 20 ad variations or prototype a new idea.

The important thing is that you make things happen.

Who We Are Looking For

You’ll have:

  • 2+ years’ hands-on commercial digital marketing experience
  • Strong PPC/paid acquisition experience
  • A data-driven, commercially focused mindset
  • Good understanding of conversion and CRO
  • A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology
  • A willingness to learn, experiment and challenge existing thinking

Experience across SEO, Meta, landing pages, tracking, automation or AI-assisted development is a bonus.

Agency experience is useful, but not essential.

We care less about where you learnt your skills β€” university, agency, courses, YouTube, Reddit, AI, documentation or experimentation β€” and more about what you can actually do.

You don’t need to be a designer or videographer.

But you should be comfortable turning an idea into something real β€” an ad, image, video, landing page, piece of copy or prototype β€” and then looking at the data to see whether it worked.

Tools might include Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo, Runway, Midjourney and CapCut.

We expect you to bring ideas.

The Team

You’ll work closely with:

  • Acquisition Specialist
  • Operations Manager – content support
  • Lead Developer – technical/product support
  • CEO – strategy, budgets and commercial decisions

We’re a small fast-moving team. Good ideas don’t need to pass through five layers of management before they get tested.

Where This Role Could Go?

This is an early hire into our growth function.

You’ll have the opportunity to help shape our campaigns, systems, technology, processes and playbooks as we grow.

We want to build a repeatable growth engine that supports new clinics, new locations and systematic local growth.

There’s no fixed ceiling. Your scope, responsibility and compensation can grow with your commercial impact.

The Role & Benefits

  • Β£35,000–£40,000, depending on experience and capability
  • Up to 10% annual performance bonus based on agreed growth/commercial objectives
  • Full-time, hybrid working, minimum 2 days per week in our Chelmsford office
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday
  • Pension scheme
  • Tech provided
  • Free parking
  • Access to Advanced Health Group services and employee benefits

If you’re excited by growth, technology, AI and the opportunity to make a measurable impact, we’d love to hear from you!
