Award-Winning Digital Marketing Agency

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for digital marketing and business growth? Do you enjoy identifying opportunities, building relationships, and opening doors with prospective clients? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're an award-winning digital marketing agency experiencing significant growth, and we're looking for a Digital Growth Executive (BDE) to help drive our next phase of expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team where your efforts will have a direct impact on the success of the business.

The Role

As a Digital Growth Executive, you'll play a vital role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our client portfolio. Your primary focus will be on proactive lead generation through cold outreach, using a range of sales and prospecting techniques to engage potential clients and create qualified opportunities for our senior team.

You'll be representing a leading digital agency that delivers services across SEO, Paid Media, and Creative Content Creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective client opportunities across a variety of sectors, with a focus on the UK eCommerce sector.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and social selling.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
  • Qualify opportunities and arrange meetings for the senior sales and leadership team.
  • Engage decision-makers including Marketing Directors, Heads of Digital, eCommerce Managers, and business owners.
  • Develop personalised outreach campaigns that drive engagement and response rates.
  • Maintain accurate records and sales activity through CRM systems.
  • Work closely with marketing and agency teams to align sales campaigns and messaging.
  • Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
