Digital Growth Lead

Central London | £70,000–£80,000 | Full time Office-Based

Build something special from the ground up.

We're not looking for someone to inherit a polished digital function - We're looking for someone to build one.

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing retail brands at a pivotal stage of its journey. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll take ownership of everything digital—from ecommerce and website optimisation to social media, customer acquisition and brand growth.

Initially, this is a genuinely hands-on role. There isn't a large team waiting for you. You'll roll your sleeves up, improve what's there today and create the digital experience our customers deserve. As the business continues to scale, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own digital team across ecommerce, marketing, UX, creative and social. If you've always wanted to create something rather than simply maintain it, this could be exactly what you've been looking for.

What you'll be doing

  • You'll take ownership of the entire digital customer journey, including:
    • Growing ecommerce revenue through Shopify.
    • Making the website feel genuinely premium and commercially effective.
    • Owning social media strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
    • Planning and delivering email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo.
    • Growing an engaged digital community rather than relying solely on paid advertising.
    • Developing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
    • Working with our external web development agency to continually improve website functionality and user experience.
    • Creating content, launching campaigns and finding new ways to increase brand awareness.
    • Identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer experience and online sales.
    • Challenging existing ways of working and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
    • Building the future digital team as the business grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Bonus points if you've...

  • Built your own business or side hustle.
  • Taken a small ecommerce operation and made it genuinely successful.
  • Been the person who "just gets things done" rather than waiting for someone else.

Who you'll be

You'll probably enjoy it if you're:

  • Entrepreneurial.
  • Commercially minded.
  • Creative.
  • Curious.
  • Full of ideas.
  • Comfortable getting stuck into whatever needs doing.
  • Excited by building something rather than inheriting something.

If you're looking for a large team, specialist departments and lots of support functions around you, this probably isn't the right opportunity. If you're excited by creating, experimenting, growing and having a genuine impact on the direction of a rapidly expanding retail business, we'd love to hear from you.
