Digital Growth Manager

Working location: Ireland / UK, Remote or Hybrid

The Digital Growth Manager will own inbound revenue growth at Output Sports, with responsibility for increasing qualified website traffic and converting more of that demand into demo submissions, sales conversations and pipeline.

This is a commercially focused role for an experienced digital marketer with a proven track record of growing inbound demand and improving website conversion and lead progression.

Our opportunity is twofold: generate more of the right traffic and convert more of the traffic we already have. The role will identify opportunities across the website and inbound journey to increase qualified demand and remove friction from website visit → demo submission → sales conversation → pipeline.

You will own website performance, CRO, inbound conversion and digital reporting, using Webflow and HubSpot to analyse, optimise and improve the digital journey from website visit through to sales conversation.

Your Responsibilities

Drive qualified inbound traffic

  • Identify opportunities to increase relevant traffic to the Output Sports website, using data and insight to understand which audiences, channels and content are driving the greatest commercial value.
  • Work with the wider marketing team and relevant channel specialists to prioritise opportunities and improve the performance of inbound acquisition activity.

Own website performance and CRO

  • Take ownership of the website as a key commercial channel. Identify and prioritise opportunities across messaging, page structure, CTAs, forms, landing pages and user journeys to increase conversion.
  • Use Webflow to implement or manage website and landing-page improvements, working with developers or external partners where required.

Optimise the inbound journey

  • Own and optimise the journey from website visit → demo submission → sales conversation, identifying points of friction and drop-off that prevent inbound demand from progressing.
  • Work closely with Sales and the CRM Manager to understand where leads are being lost and identify opportunities to improve demo submission, lead quality and progression to a sales conversation.
  • Use data, testing and customer insight to continuously improve the inbound conversion journey.

Grow inbound pipeline

  • Identify and implement opportunities to increase the volume and quality of inbound opportunities, with a clear focus on generating qualified sales conversations and pipeline rather than simply increasing lead volume.
  • Use performance data to prioritise activity based on its potential commercial impact.

Use data to drive decisions

  • Use HubSpot and website analytics to understand visitor behaviour, demo submissions, lead progression and conversion through the inbound funnel.
  • Identify where prospects are dropping out, which sources and journeys are producing the strongest opportunities, and where intervention will have the greatest commercial impact.
  • Work closely with the CRM Manager to access the data and insight required to improve inbound performance, while the CRM Manager retains ownership of CRM processes, workflows and infrastructure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Work across the marketing funnel

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Content & Campaigns Manager to ensure campaigns and content are supported by effective landing pages, CTAs and conversion journeys.
  • Provide digital insight and recommendations to improve the performance and conversion of marketing activity, ensuring inbound demand is captured effectively.

Own digital reporting and insight

  • Develop clear and reliable reporting across qualified website traffic, demo submissions, website conversion, sales conversations and inbound pipeline.
  • Use performance data to identify trends, diagnose areas of underperformance, prioritise activity and demonstrate the commercial impact of digital growth.

Test, learn and optimise

  • Develop a structured programme of CRO testing and optimisation across the website and inbound journey, testing messaging, page layouts, CTAs, forms and other conversion opportunities.
  • Prioritise tests based on potential commercial impact, measure results and use those learnings to continuously improve inbound performance.

What success looks like

  • Qualified website traffic increases, with a clear understanding of which audiences and channels are driving the greatest commercial value.
  • Website visitor-to-demo conversion improves, generating more demo submissions from both existing and new traffic.
  • Demo submission-to-sales-call conversion improves, reducing drop-off between inbound enquiry and a sales conversation.
  • Inbound generates more qualified sales conversations and pipeline, rather than simply increasing lead volume.
  • A structured CRO and optimisation programme is established, with continuous testing and measurable improvements.
  • Digital reporting provides a clear view of the inbound funnel, from traffic through to demos, sales conversations and pipeline.
  • The website becomes a stronger commercial asset, actively contributing to demand generation and revenue.
