  • Systems & Processes
    • Make effective use of CRM, ERP, and ecommerce systems to improve efficiency, customer experience, and commercial performance.
  • Customer & Sales Support
    • Work closely with customer service and sales teams to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall commercial experience.
  • New Revenue Opportunities
    • Identify opportunities to develop new product categories, services, and revenue streams.
  • Stakeholder Management

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial and digital mindset, who is comfortable working with data and using insight to make decisions.

You’ll ideally have experience driving growth within a B2B ecommerce, sales, or commercial environment, with a demonstrable track record of improving revenue or commercial performance. You’ll be confident working with ecommerce platforms, product data, CRM/ERP systems, and spreadsheets, with strong Google Analytics experience.

You’ll also need to be highly organized, commercially aware, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine focus on data accuracy.

Experience within a technical B2B product environment would be advantageous but isn’t essential. Knowledge of platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce, alongside SEO, conversion optimization, ecommerce best practice, agency management, AI, or automation would also be beneficial.

If this sounds like your next challenge, please apply via the link or contact James Robinson for further details.
