Digital Health Africa 2025

The Digital Health Africa Conference 2025 aims to explore digital technologies in healthcare addressing Africa's maternal and child health challenges through collaboration and interdisciplinary partnerships.

Theme: Practical insights into potential applications for today’s — and tomorrow’s — healthcare

Overview

The Digital Health Africa Conference 2025 (DHA-2025) expands on the success of its first edition, providing deeper, more practical insights into the role of digital technologies in revolutionizing healthcare across the continent. The conference will focus on maternal and child health and Africa’s specific medical difficulties. It will cover a wide range of themes such as patient registries, vaccination safety, telemedicine, precision medicine, antibiotic resistance, and digital ethics. DHA-2025 will be hosted in a hybrid style, bringing together participants from South Africa, Uganda, and Germany and allowing virtual access to a larger audience. The event intends to create meaningful collaborations and capacity building among young scientists and drive long-term health advances through interdisciplinary partnerships.

To explore how digital health technologies will solve Africa’s specific healthcare concerns, particularly in maternal and child health, by improving access, efficiency, and quality of care in resource-constrained settings.
