Digital HR Time Management Specialist
Location: Hyderabad
This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 40% of your time (two days per week).
Intro summary of the role
The Digital HR Time Management Specialist is a permanent position to support the global time management strategy. The Time Management Specialist will be responsible for liaising with IT, HR and the business, to understand requirements and translate the HR processes and system data in order to support these requirements. This role will work closely in partnership with IT, HR CoEs/GPOs and the business.

What you will do
- Support the Lonza global time management technology strategy.
- Assist in the implementation of time management processes and change management strategies.
- Lead and support a number of Time related initiatives.
- Coordinate/liaise with business and vendors as needed on time related issues and projects.
- Perform general support working closely with the Pay/Time global community, GPOs (Global Process Owners) and reporting and analytics teams.
- Work closely with HR’s Application Management Services partners.
- Collaborate with internal IT and Finance cross-functional teams.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrate technical understanding of digital time & attendance applications and integration points.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, high workload environment, and be able to balance multiple projects and objectives.
- Ideally with experience in configuration and support of Workday and/or UKG Pro WFM time management systems.
- Need to demonstrate proficient communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Confirmed logic and decision-making abilities, critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Case Management Tool, high level of proficiency with Office 365 suite.
- English must have; German is nice to have.
