Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and we are on the look out for a passionate Digital Implementation Manager - Europe to join our team!
This role entails supporting new club launches through the implementation of digital systems and processes, delivering training and online and in-person support to club teams. As the key Digital contact during openings, the role ensures systems are operational, teams are confident, and digital services are ready for members from day one.
The role also drives consistent digital processes across Europe, working with cross-functional teams to manage requirements and key milestones. It includes improving playbooks and training materials, capturing lessons learned, supporting post-opening activity, and ensuring a smooth handover to the BAU Digital Support team.

About you:


Get help with your application

- Strong operational or digital systems experience in a multi-site environment.
- Confident training and coaching teams on new systems and processes.
- Experienced in creating and maintaining checklists, templates, and playbooks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and either Spanish, Italian, or French, with flexibility to travel and work on site, including occasional weekends.
- Experience in health, fitness, leisure, site openings, or digital platforms such as POS, booking, or access control systems is desirable.
