Digital Industry Manager

Based from any Thales manufacturing site

Lead the future of Industry 4.0 at Thales

We're looking for an experienced and visionary Digital Industry Manager to drive digital transformation across our UK manufacturing sites.

In this strategic leadership role, you'll develop and deliver our digital manufacturing roadmap, champion Industry 4.0 technologies including IoT, digital twins and smart tooling, and help create smarter, more connected and data-driven operations.

Working closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality and IT teams, you'll lead the adoption of innovative digital solutions that improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance performance. You'll also develop and inspire our digital team while representing Thales across industry forums and networks.

We're looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering Industry 4.0 solutions in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of digital manufacturing, IoT, data analytics and lean methodologies
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and change leadership skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and transformation programmes
  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline
