POSITION: DIGITAL INTERN
DEPARTMENT: MARKETING
LOCATION: LONDON
DURATION: 12 MONTHS
START DATE: JANUARY 2027
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Digital Intern will be responsible for supporting the activation of the Ecommerce & CRM strategy of Givenchybeauty.com in the UK.
This profile will be obsessed with all things digital & luxury, and highly motivated to continue the success story of Givenchy’s digital performance whilst always protecting brand image.
Job Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Ecommerce
- Support the management of the local e-commerce site, tracking performance daily
- Coordinate product launches and update site content, including visuals, merchandising & promotions
- Maintain daily site checks for any bugs, errors, and/or needed optimisations to support sales
- Support on e-commerce tech developments working closely with our tech team in headquarters
- Support in content briefs for performance media campaigns, working alongside Labelium and Tigrz
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce reports, tracking sales vs target / key priorities & qualitative feedback
- Completion of ad-hoc UK reports
- Support on the completion of monthly reports shared with Ecommerce headquarters

CRM
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery including campaign build, segmentation, proofing, testing, optimisation, reporting
- Brief and manage external agency to deliver all CRM assets, including print and fulfilment for direct mail and email HTML development
- Contribute to the generation of creative ideas for CRM content creation within the department
- Support stores with local events through email campaigns, where necessary
- Ensure timely execution and completion of all CRM campaigns within budget
Profile
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Fluent in English
- Genuine affinity for the brand and the luxury industry
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Keen eye for detail and excellent proof-reading skills
- Team player able to build strong and efficient relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with un-prompted follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous digital experience required
- Basic HTML knowledge desirable but not required
- Experience using Photoshop desirable but not required
- Experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud desirable but not required
