Salary: Up to £21,000 depending on experience Location: Warwick – 5 days a week in the office

As a Digital & IT Apprentice, you will assist in ensuring that our technology services, processes and activities run smoothly. You will gain hands-on experience across IT governance, reporting and service management. All while being supported and coached by our Digital & IT Market Manager.

What you will do?
Whilst working towards your Level 3 apprenticeship qualification, you will gain practical experience supported by a team of experienced professionals.
You will also:
- Support the Digital & IT team day-to-day in process tracking, documentation, and internal controls
- Act as the first line of support, monitoring and logging any system incidents while following up on problems, communicating with different departments
- Assist in team activities such as calendar management, meeting minutes, follow-ups and demand tracking.
- Assist in the implementation and management of the different governance procedures in the Digital & IT team
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports to support decision-making
- Contribute towards continuous improvement and implementation initiatives across the business.
- Opportunity to work alongside your team members on new projects such as developing local AI and automated systems.

Who are you?
You’re a curious individual who wants to understand how technology and data link to business decisions. Whether you are leaving school or looking for a career change, this apprenticeship could be for you.
- GCSE grade 4, or equivalent, in Maths and English
- A strong interest in technology, data and digital solutions
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, with a keen interest in learning company systems such as Salesforce.
- Confident in both verbal and written communication
- A creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, comfortable with changing or managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM or administrative systems is advantageous but not essential.

Please note that to be eligible for this course, you must have a minimum of Grade 4 GCSE in Maths and English. If you already have a qualification in business administration or studies, then you are not eligible.
