Your Responsibilities
- Customer service – Facilitate resolutions of support requests using analytical skills and problem-solving techniques.
- Development Specifications – Develop & Submit program change specifications (SARs) in accordance with agreed change management principals.
- Configuration - Perform configuration tasks for new or enhanced functionality deployments.
- Documentation & Training – Develop documentation and multi-media training materials to support user self-service
- Functionality testing – Perform functionality testing based on scripting in preparation of User Acceptance Testing and production deployments.
- Projects – Assist with project work, under the guidance of a more senior team member.

Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related area (or international equivalent)
- 0-3 years related IT experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
Ideally, you will also have
- Experience in any of the following is beneficial (Power BI, SQL, HTML, ERP, DevOps, RPA)
