About The Job
As Digital Key Account Manager (m/w/d), you will lead one of Levi's® largest pure-play partnerships across Europe. Based in Northern Europe and part of our European Digital Team, you will play a key role in accelerating digital growth, connecting teams across the region and shaping our future digital footprint.
Brand-led, consumer-obsessed and product-driven, you will have full ownership of the account, developing and delivering both strategic and tactical plans while achieving monthly, quarterly and annual business objectives. Ultimately, you will deliver a premium brand experience that delights consumers and creates long-term value for our partner.
As part of a regional team of Key Account Managers and Operations experts, you will define the strategy for the account and build profitable growth plans that deliver volume, value and profit targets across a rapidly evolving digital landscape. You will establish deep strategic partnerships with one of the most influential digital retailers in Europe while collaborating with the wider European team to shape the future of digital commerce at Levi's®, ensuring digital remains a key growth driver across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sustainable and profitable growth by achieving agreed business objectives and KPIs.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, using consumer, customer and market insights to drive revenue, market share and profitable growth.
- Lead forecasting, business planning and performance management, ensuring alignment across demand, inventory, supply chain and financial objectives.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships across sales, marketing, operations, finance and product to deliver a premium and consistent Levi's® brand experience.
- Drive best-in-class digital ways of working across Europe, improving processes, sharing insights and building digital capability across country teams.
- Help shape Levi's® digital and omnichannel strategy by identifying growth opportunities, influencing investment priorities and defining the future role of digital partners.
- Lead strategic customer programmes and operational initiatives that improve execution, efficiency, scalability and long-term business performance.
About You
- Experience in wholesale sales, ideally with Digital Key Account Management responsibility for.com accounts.
- Proven ability to manage key customer relationships and drive profitable results.
- Strong understanding of digital commerce ecosystems, including marketplace dynamics, supply chain operations and consumer acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate, partner and influence across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English. German would be an advantage.

This is a hybrid position and can be based in our Offenbach, London or Brussels office. Employees are expected to spend a minimum of three days per week working in person, whether from the office or in the market, with flexibility to work from home for up to two days per week.
The expected starting salary range for this role is €67,800-€88,000 gross per annum in Germany / Belgium, and £45,500-£60,700 gross per annum in the UK. In addition, this role is eligible for our Sales Incentive Bonus Plan.
The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and our needs.
