About The Role
Team Skills Transformation
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth, London, or Stockport Office. Full-time hours per week.

What This Role Is All About:
Digital learning is at the heart of building the skills and capabilities that help our people perform at their best. We're looking for a Digital Learning Consultant, on a 6-month fixed-term contract, who will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs and design engaging digital solutions that close skills gaps and support business objectives. Combining learning consultancy, instructional design, and content creation, the role creates interactive, visually compelling learning experiences that drive engagement, improve learning transfer, and support Vitality's skills transformation agenda.
Key Actions
- Consulting with stakeholders to identify learning needs and skills gaps
- Recommending digital learning solutions aligned to business objectives
- Designing, storyboarding, and developing engaging digital learning content
- Creating digital assets including e-learning modules, videos, animations, PDFs, and presentations
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of digital learning projects
- Uploading, deploying, and maintaining content within the learning experience platform
- Monitoring learner engagement, completion rates, and learning effectiveness
- Partnering with subject matter experts to create impactful digital learning experiences
- Ensuring learning solutions align with brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Evaluating learning outcomes and using insights to continuously improve learning content
- Supporting the ongoing development and administration of the learning experience platform
- Leading and contributing to digital learning initiatives that support organisational skills development and transformation

What Do You Need to Thrive?
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a digital learning, instructional design, or training role
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and how to apply them to digital learning solutions
- Experience designing and developing engaging digital learning content and resources
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to consult and influence effectively
- A creative mindset with a strong eye for visual design and user experience
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage projects from concept through to delivery
- A minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE English Language (or equivalent)
