Digital Learning Content Creator

We have an exciting opportunity to join our in-house Learning & Development team as a Digital Learning Content Creator.

Working for the Digital Learning Design Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing learning and communications to life through engaging video content. You will be responsible for taking projects from concept to completion, planning shoots, filming on location across the UK and editing content that helps develop our colleagues.

While video production will be your primary focus, you'll also support the wider Digital Learning team by creating learning resources, maintaining digital content, and supporting colleagues who use our learning platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with strong foundations in video creation who is looking to develop their skills further in a commercial environment. Whether you've gained experience through education, personal projects, freelance work, or a previous role, we'll provide opportunities to continue developing your technical, creative, and digital learning skills.

This is primarily a field-based role. Filming will take place across multiple locations throughout the UK, therefore a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.

While much of your time will be spent creating content in the field, there is an expectation that you will attend our Deeside Head Office regularly to collaborate with the wider Learning & Development team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Planning and coordinating video projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Filming content across stores, distribution centers, and office locations throughout the UK.
  • Supporting colleagues during filming to create engaging and professional content.
  • Editing footage into high-quality learning and communication videos.
  • Creating graphics, captions, animations, and supporting visual assets.
  • Organising and maintaining video asset libraries, project files, and supporting resources.
  • Producing supporting learning materials, guides, and digital content to complement video-based learning.
  • Reviewing stakeholder content to ensure it meets business requirements and learning objectives.
  • Applying agreed design, learning, and branding principles when creating content.
  • Carrying out user testing, gathering feedback, and implementing agreed improvements.
  • Supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of digital learning resources and content.
  • Providing first-line support to colleagues using learning systems and digital learning content.
  • Responding to learner queries and helping colleagues access and complete learning resources.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the business to bring learning and communication initiatives to life.
  • Contributing creative ideas to improve colleague engagement, learning experiences, and content effectiveness.
  • Undertaking general duties to support the Learning & Development team as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
