Synchro are working with an existing and long term client and we are looking for a Digital Learning Content Designer, on an initial short term contract, who is passionate about creating engaging, accessible and learner-focused digital experiences.

This role is to be based out of the organisation's offices in Kettering, however extensive hybrid remote working is on offer here.

Required experience

  • Digital learning content design experience
  • Learning Experience Design (LXD) or Instructional Design.
  • Writing content for learners within education, apprenticeships, qualifications, learning & development or professional development.
  • Simplifying complex information for a wide range of audiences.
  • UX writing, content design and information architecture.
  • Using AI tools to accelerate content development and review.
  • Working in agile, fast-paced environments with tight delivery times.
