  • Applied instructional design principles and adult learning practices to digital learning programmes.
  • Led multiple learning projects from concept through delivery.
  • Partnered with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate requirements into learning solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Implemented AI tools within learning design or content creation workflows.

What you'll build

  • High-quality digital learning solutions that support business priorities.
  • Engaging learning experiences that increase participation and learning effectiveness.
  • Scalable approaches, tools, and best practices for digital learning development.
  • Strong partnerships across learning teams and business functions.
  • Innovative digital content that supports a global audience with varied learning needs.
  • New ways of using AI and digital technologies to improve learner outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

If you've worked in a role where you designed and deployed digital learning programmes, produced multimedia learning assets, and managed several projects at once, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn learning needs into effective solutions and use data and feedback to continuously improve the learner experience.

Life on the team

You'll join the Consumer & Shopper Engagement Academy, where creativity, technology, and learning science come together to support capability building at scale. We're a global team that works across regions and time zones, using a flexible hybrid rhythm, regular stand-ups, and weekly team meetings to stay connected. We value collaboration, a customer-service mindset, continuous improvement, shared learning, and finding better ways to work together.

What success looks like

You'll help shape a move from a training-focused model to a future-focused capability-building function. Success means delivering quality learning solutions on time, increasing engagement with digital content, improving operational efficiency, and using learner data to strengthen outcomes. You'll work closely with learning colleagues, subject matter experts, operational leaders, resource planning teams, and advisors while helping build a scalable digital learning library and advancing the responsible use of AI across learning experiences.

To apply

Please provide your CV, motivational letter, and portfolio in English. It is mandatory to upload a portfolio (maximum upload size per file is 5 MB). If you have more to share than 5 MB, please add a link clearly highlighted in the CV.
