Digital Learning Designer | London/Hertfordshire UK
Possibl Search is pleased to be hiring on behalf of an international construction engineering firm in London, for a brand new Digital Learning Designer position to design and deliver engaging digital learning experiences that support onboarding, leadership development, compliance, and strategic upskilling across a growing organisation at an exciting time of positive change.
You would be joining an established HR team with a mature CoE set up, partnering with learning and organisational development to enhance the learning offering.

What you’ll do:
- Create impactful e-learning, toolkits, and blended learning solutions
- Partner with subject matter experts to turn complex topics into engaging learning
- Build and manage content within an LMS environment
- Use data and learner insights to continuously improve learning outcomes
- Develop innovative, learner-focused digital experiences across desktop and mobile
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in instructional design and digital learning content creation
- Strong skills with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline & Rise) and LMS platforms
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at senior levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in technical expert sectors is a bonus

Please note - Hybrid (2-3 days in office) with occasional travel to Dublin and other UK sites. Right to work in the UK required.
