Digital Learning Partner
Location: Ireland/UK Company: Glanbia Business Services
The Opportunity
Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering better nutrition at every life stage. We are seeking an experienced learning professional to spearhead our Learning Strategy, shaping and delivering a digital capabilities programme via our internal learning platform, the Digital Academy.
This senior, hands-on role blends strategic influence with practical execution. As the central hub for digital learning initiatives, you will:
- Partner closely with Digital, Learning, and Functional teams
- Design scalable learning programmes bridging current and future digital requirements
- Strengthen vendor relationships to source top-tier throughput and content
- Use market-leading platforms like LinkedIn Learning
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Business Partnering
- Develop and refine an organisation-wide digital learning strategy, aligned with business priorities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify digital capability gaps
- Advise leadership on digital upskilling strategies with measurable impact
2. Programme Design & Delivery
- Perform needs analysis to design scalable skill-building programmes
- Drive adoption via engagement campaigns and awareness initiatives
- Create and maintain a futures-focused digital curriculum, leveraging internal content, external providers, and evolving technologies
- Conduct annual programme reviews, incorporating employee feedback and business metrics for continuous improvement

3. Frameworks & Content Development
- Maintain and evolve the digital skills framework to future-proof capabilities
- Curate content partnerships with third-party training providers (including LinkedIn Learning)
4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiations for Digital Academy solutions
- Serve as the go-to collaborator between learning, HR, Digital, IT, and PSO teams
5. Measurement & Reporting
- Partner with HR Data Analytics to track ROI, engagement, and outcomes of learning initiatives
- Present key insights to leadership to guide strategic priorities
6. Operations & Knowledge Management
- Oversee the Digital Academy SharePoint site, ensuring resources are accessible and current
- Explore emerging digital learning trends to enhance business-relevant programmes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Learning & Development, Business Management, or Business Technology
- Proven senior experience in Learning & Development with a focus on digital skills
- Demonstrated success in designing, delivering, and analysing learning programmes
- Strong practical experience with digital learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, LMS tools)
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Navbarative negotiation and vendor management experience
- Analytical mindset with experience using learning analytics to inform decisions
- Exceptional communication and change management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive complex programmes forward
- Curiosity and pragmatism, with a focus on business outcomes
