The Role
Working within the College’s mission, ethos and values, plans, policies and procedures, the Digital Learning Technologist will lead on and support the utilisation of digital technologies and resources within curriculum practices and pedagogy. This role is responsible for supporting both staff and students with digital upskilling, delivery of edtech training, and supporting the operations of the DLQ service.

The postholder will support the development of the College’s use of digital alongside the Digital Teaching, Learning and Innovation Lead (DTLIL). They will work with curriculum teams to ensure relevant resources and learning opportunities are available and contribute to DLQ innovation initiatives.

- Adapting: Flexibly adjusts support for diverse users, varied delivery methods, and emerging tech like VR and AI. Smoothly handles changing operational needs, including open evenings and new duties.
- Collaborating: Partners effectively with curriculum staff, stakeholders, and lead roles to co-create digital resources. Works across teams to drive innovation and support the wider college community.
- Learning: Proactively researches emerging edtech trends, pedagogical theories, and new digital tools. Committed to continuous personal development to keep college practices up to date.
- Delivering: Efficiently organizes and runs edtech training sessions, workshops, and DLQ operations. Consistently meets standards while ensuring quality assurance and policy compliance.

How We Recruit
