This is an exciting opportunity to join Royal London as a Digital Manager within the Chief Digital Office.
Working as part of the Digital Adviser Experience Squad, you'll play a key role in shaping and improving and delivering the digital capabilities that support advisers.
Working in an agile, cross-functional environment, you'll use insight, technology and customer feedback to deliver meaningful digital change, improve adviser journeys and drive better outcomes for customers, advisers and the business.
You'll own and evolve a portfolio of digital products, services and journeys, translating strategic priorities into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes while working closely with Technology, UX, Operations and business stakeholders.

About the role

  • Own the vision, roadmap and performance of adviser-focused digital journeys, enabling capabilities and services.
  • Champion the adviser digital experience, using insight, data and feedback to identify and prioritise improvements.
  • Lead delivery within a cross-functional agile squad, working closely with Technology, UX and business teams.
  • Prioritise and manage digital change, ensuring focus on the highest-value opportunities for customers, advisers and the business.
  • Drive continuous improvement through testing, experimentation and outcome-based decision-making.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate priorities, progress and outcomes effectively.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered in line with governance, security and regulatory requirements.

About you

  • Experience leading digital products, platforms, services or customer journeys within a complex organisation.
  • Strong experience working in agile squads and delivering technology-enabled change.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience using data, analytics and user insight to improve digital experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Commercially aware, balancing customer needs, business value, risk and delivery considerations.
  • Passionate about improving adviser and customer experiences through digital innovation.
