Digital Manager

Location: Goole, East Yorkshire

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office

Salary: £38k-£45k + Benefits + Bonus


Our client is looking for a Digital Manager to lead their digital marketing strategy and help drive real, measurable business growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll own their presence across every online channel and turn data-driven insight into results that matter.

What you'll be doing

  • Building and running digital strategy across social, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing
  • Managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, social platforms) to maximize ROI and hit KPIs
  • Driving website performance and conversion rate optimization
  • Tracking performance through analytics and reporting, turning data into clear recommendations
  • Managing budgets and relationships with agencies, vendors, and tech partners
  • Keeping us ahead of the curve on digital trends and best practice
  • Planning and delivering events, trade shows, and webinars that boost brand visibility (around 30% of the role although previous events experience is not essential)
  • Working closely with sales, product, and operations to keep everything joined up

  • Proven experience across SEM, social advertising, email automation, SEO, and content marketing
  • Strong web analytics, conversion tracking, and A/B testing skills
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM integration, and lead nurturing
  • Sharp analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into action
  • Excellent project management skills and the confidence to juggle multiple campaigns at once
  • A track record of planning and delivering events, from venue sourcing to post-event ROI analysis
  • A collaborative, adaptable approach and great attention to detail
