At IOLLA we're looking for a Digital Marketer to join our team.
About The Job
Our mission is to become the most popular prescription eyewear brand wherever we are, and we’re looking for a dynamic, analytical Digital Marketer to help drive our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do
Email, CRM & Customer Journey
- Lead our email and lifecycle marketing using Klaviyo, building flows and campaigns that acquire, convert and retain customers.
- Plan, build and test campaigns with clear hypotheses; from segmentation and personalisation to subject lines and creative.
- Build emails using drag-and-drop tools (e.g., Klaviyo editor, Canva), ensuring designs are visually engaging, on-brand and conversion-focused.
- Partner with our creative & showroom teams to grow our email list, supporting best-practice sign-up processes and in-store acquisition initiatives.
- Own performance reporting across open rates, clicks, revenue attribution and list growth.
Paid Performance (PPC & Paid Social)
- Work closely with our creative team to manage, optimise and challenge channel performance.
- Provide creative and strategic briefs rooted in insight, helping us test and scale what works.
- Ensure strong alignment between ads, landing pages and on-site experience.

Website Management & CRO
- Manage updates to our website, using drag-and-drop or low-code tools to build and refine landing pages and product pages with a strong visual eye.
- Collaborate with our developers to continuously enhance the website: UX, UI, navigation, load time, accessibility and on-page design.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion through A/B testing, customer feedback, heatmaps and analytics.
- Own digital hygiene: from product updates to content improvements, tracking accuracy and landing page optimisation.
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Use analytics tools to understand behaviour, identify drop-off points and uncover performance opportunities.
- Turn insights into recommendations that inform campaigns, design decisions and future roadmaps.
- Build simple, actionable reporting dashboards that keep the team aligned on digital performance.
Collaboration & Creative Thinking
- Work closely with creative, retail, customer service and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and experience.
- Bring a test-and-learn mindset, using data to validate ideas and creativity to propose new ones.
- Support brand campaigns with digital insight, ensuring everything we launch is optimised for performance.

About You
- You’re an analytical thinker who also enjoys good design and clean UX.
- You understand how CRM, PPC, and web performance work together to create a seamless customer journey.
- You love testing, experimenting, and finding marginal gains that compound over time.
- You’re proactive, organised and excited by the idea of improving things every week.
- You enjoy collaborating with designers, developers, agencies and marketers to bring ideas to life.
- Experience in retail or e-commerce is a bonus but your ability to learn fast is what matters most.
