A little background
Having just hit our 16th year anniversary, we are a well-established independent digital marketing agency based in Leatherhead, Surrey.
We are a creatively led company driven by a collective passion for creating innovative digital campaigns that ensure clients achieve maximum engagement. We are a team of 22, supportive, friendly, and fun specialists who have a keen interest in digital media. We were voted 51st in Design Week's Top 100 UK independent agencies.
Our clients are some of the largest global brands within their respective sectors with a wide variety of briefs to ensure no two days are the same!
We are looking for a capable, super organised and driven individual to join our growing team as a Digital Account/Project Manager to work full time at our office in Leatherhead, Surrey 3 days per week and remote days. The role would be full time within the office for the first month as part of your onboarding.
As a Digital Account PM, your main duty will be to develop and manage digital marketing assets and oversee campaigns. As the project team is not sales target focused, your role will be integral in building client relationships, delivering campaigns that exceed expectations, and ultimately creating loyalty.

The role is based at our office in Leatherhead, Surrey. The ideal candidate would ideally be located in Surrey or the surrounding areas and already be located in the UK.
The job role
- Day to day client account and project management
- Taking a client brief and being able to understand client feedback
- Communicate feedback clearly to the studio to brief in effectively
- Develop a strong understanding of the client brand guidelines
- Managing budgets and campaigns timelines
- Defining the project and pulling together the project quotation
- Identify key milestones related to project delivery and pre-empt any issues
- Meeting preparation and presentation
- Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology

Skillsets
- Previous experience within a similar role is preferable
- Ideally Marketing / Creative agency experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Educated to degree standard or equivalent
- Ambitious and enthusiastic – passionate about communications and have the drive and determination to achieve excellence
- Hands-on team player who is able to remain calm under pressure
- Good digital understanding
- Client focused with excellent client facing skills
